Privacy
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics unless you accept them. Apart from that choice, the only personal data it collects is what you choose to send in the inquiry form.
What this website collects
Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name, your email address, optionally your company, and your message. With it we record the page you sent it from, the site that referred you (and any campaign tags in the link), and the country your request came from, so we know how people find us. There is no newsletter signup and no advertising pixel.
The form is optional. You can also email us or send a WhatsApp message instead.
Analytics, only with your consent
When you first visit, a small banner asks whether we may use Google Analytics. If you decline, or ignore it, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, the referring site, approximate location and device type, so we can see which pages are useful. Advertising features and advertising cookies stay off. Your choice is stored in your browser, and you can change it at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
What happens to an inquiry
Your inquiry is stored in a private Google Sheet that only UNU can open, and copied to our inboxes. We send you one confirmation email so you know it arrived. We use your details to reply to you and to discuss possible work. We do not sell them, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list. Google and Cloudflare process this data on our behalf to deliver the site and the emails.
Server logs
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not build profiles from this data and we do not combine it with anything else.
If you email us
We receive whatever you choose to send: your name, your email address and the content of your message. We use it to reply to you and to discuss possible work. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
We keep inquiries and enquiry correspondence for as long as they are commercially useful, and delete them on request.
Client data
Where we build systems for clients, that work happens inside the client's own accounts and under the client's own agreements with those providers. We access client data only as needed to deliver the work, under the terms of our contract with them. The interface examples on this site show redacted representative data, not real client records.
Your rights
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Write to the address below and we will action it.
Changes
If we change what this site or the inquiry form collects, this page will be updated before that goes live.
